This is a 3400 square foot energy efficient new home that is 95% complete. This home boasts a gourmet kitchen with a large working island that incorporates seating for 6, a walk in pantry, and energy star appliances and light fixtures.
The kitchen floor is ceramic tile. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a built in wet bar with floor and lighted wall cabinets. The floor cabinets have built in wine coolers. The wet bar area cabinets match the kitchen cabinets as does the granite counter top. From the dining room you can access the walk out loggia area with a slate stamped concrete floor pattern.
The great room has a cathedral ceiling. Large high performance windows fill the south west wall. The gas fireplace has a blue stone mantle and hearth area, with a flat screen mounted over the mantle. There are built in speakers in the walls and ceiling to incorporate surround sound. The flooring throughout the main living area including the master bedroom is Brazilian Teak.
The master suit incorporates a large walk in closet with dressing area. The bath has a walk-in shower with natural stone base. A slipper type soaking tub is set in front of a window view of the wilderness area. The first floor also has a large laundry room leading to the attached three car garage.

To maintain the air quality of this tight house a Venmar Heating Ventilation and Recovery system will be installed.
