The existing roof was replaced and we added a dormer on the front and a new gable roof over the existing deck. The existing garage was transformed into the main entrance with foyer and laundry room. The dining room was made 12 ft. deeper and the ceiling was raised to 10 ft. allowing for a large window wall facing the back yard and gardens. The master bedroom was made 6 ft. deeper with new hardwood floors and crown molding. A new 200 amp electrical service was installed and all new areas re-wired to meet or exceed current code requirements.
